Data deletion

AdSystems stores only the data needed to run your agency’s lead campaigns: your account details, your connected Facebook Page and ad account identifiers, campaign records, and the leads your own campaigns generate. You can have all of it deleted at any time.

If you use the AdSystems platform

Disconnect Facebook from the Connect page inside your workspace to immediately revoke our access to your Meta assets. To delete your workspace and all stored data — including lead records, campaign history, and encrypted access credentials — email us from the address on your account and we will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing.

If you submitted a lead form on an ad

Your information belongs to the insurance agency whose ad you responded to, and you may also request deletion from us directly. Email us with the phone number or email address you submitted and we will remove your records from our systems and notify the agency of your request.

How to reach us

Send deletion requests to admin@adsystems.io with the subject line “Data deletion request.” We respond to every request and never require a phone call to process one.

You can also remove AdSystems’ access from your Facebook settings at any time under Settings → Business Integrations, which stops all further data access on Meta’s side.
