AD Systems is built for insurance agencies, and we treat data the way we would want ours treated: we collect what the service needs, we never sell it, and lead data generated by an agency’s campaigns belongs to that agency — not to us, and never to anyone else.
1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy is published by Adsystems.io LLC d/b/a AD Systems (“AD Systems,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. It covers the public website at adsystems.io and the AD Systems platform at app.adsystems.io. AD Systems is a business-to-business service for insurance agencies; we do not offer consumer accounts. For platform customers, the Master License Agreement accepted at onboarding — including its Data Processing Addendum — governs how we handle customer data, and controls if it conflicts with this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us on this website. When you request access or apply, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, phone number, agency name, the states and product lines you write, your approximate lead spend, and your role. Our application forms include a honeypot field to deter bots; it collects nothing from real visitors.
Platform account information. When your workspace is created, we hold your login email, workspace membership and role, settings, and support conversations.
Connected business systems. When an agency connects its own accounts, we store the identifiers and credentials needed to operate them on the agency’s behalf: Meta ad account and Page identifiers, encrypted access tokens, campaign and reporting data, and the CRM destinations the agency configures for lead delivery.
Lead data we process for agencies. Consumer contact records generated by an agency’s own advertising flow through the platform so we can deliver them to that agency (see Section 3).
Automatic information. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers collect device and usage information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring ads — using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and our attribution provider (see Section 7).
3. Lead data: we are the agency’s service provider
When a consumer responds to an insurance agency’s ad, that consumer’s information belongs to the agency that ran the ad. AD Systems processes it strictly as the agency’s service provider: we deliver it to the agency’s systems, report on it to the agency, and send conversion signals the agency directs. We do not sell lead data, not share it for advertising purposes, not resell it to any other customer, and not combine one agency’s leads with another’s except as privacy law permits a service provider to do. The platform itself sends no text messages or emails to consumers — all consumer outreach is conducted by the agency under its own compliance program.
4. How we use information
- To respond to access requests and applications, schedule calls, and evaluate fit.
- To provide, secure, and support the platform: launching campaigns, delivering leads, reporting performance, and sending conversion feedback at the agency’s direction.
- To send operational messages about your account, billing, and service health.
- To market AD Systems to business prospects who have contacted us, and to measure our own advertising.
- To create de-identified, aggregated statistics (for example, benchmark cost-per-lead figures) that are never presented as relating to a specific consumer or agency.
- To keep records we need for security, dispute defense, and legal compliance — including electronic agreement-acceptance records and consent logs.
- To comply with law and enforce our agreements.
5. Calls, texts, and email to you
When you submit a form, you consent — via the form’s consent checkbox — to AD Systems contacting you about your inquiry. On forms that collect a mobile number, that consent includes recurring text messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw text consent at any time by replying STOP (or HELP for help), and calls and emails stop on request. We do not share text-message opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; operational emails about an active account are sent as needed to run the service. Every consent is logged with the exact language shown, a timestamp, and session details.
6. When we share information
We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, in these categories: cloud hosting and storage; database infrastructure; email delivery; AI inference services; analytics and attribution; payment processing; scheduling and CRM tooling for our own sales process; and support tooling. Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us. Beyond that, we disclose information only when the law requires it (with notice to you where permitted), to enforce our agreements or protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise. We do not sell personal information. One nuance, stated plainly: like most businesses that advertise online, we use the Meta pixel on this website to measure our own marketing, and California law may treat that kind of advertising cookie as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Section 7 explains exactly how to opt out — including automatically. The platform at app.adsystems.io uses no advertising cookies or pixels at all.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to measure our own advertising, including the Meta pixel and a server-side attribution platform that records which ad or page brought you here and whether you applied or booked a call. You can opt out of advertising cookies in three ways, and all of them work: (a) we honor the Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends the GPC signal, the Meta pixel is never loaded on your visit, automatically; (b) you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Meta uses data about you in Meta’s Ad Preferences; or (c) you can email admin@adsystems.io and we will exclude your contact information from our ad-platform audiences. Because there is no common industry standard for the older “Do Not Track” browser setting, we do not respond to DNT signals — GPC is the signal we honor. The website uses form submissions, not tracking, as the basis for contacting you.
8. How we protect information
We maintain a written security program with safeguards appropriate to the risk: access controls and multi-factor authentication for administrative access, encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored access credentials, row-level tenant isolation so one agency can never read another’s data, logging and monitoring, and confidentiality obligations for personnel. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise breach-proof security — but if a security incident affects customer data in our control, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and within seventy-two hours of confirming it.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to run the service and meet the purposes above. When a customer’s relationship ends, their leads and data remain exportable, and on written request we delete them from active systems within thirty days — except that we retain consent records, agreement-acceptance records, compliance and audit logs, and transaction records we reasonably need for legal, regulatory, and dispute-defense purposes, and data in routine backups that cycle out in the ordinary course. Prospect information from this website is kept while it remains useful for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it.
10. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@adsystems.io. We verify requests using the email or phone number associated with the information, respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, and never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights under those laws. We do not sell personal information; the only activity that may count as “sharing” is the ad-measurement cookie described in Section 7, and every opt-out route for it — including the automatic one — is listed there. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
11. If you responded to an insurance ad
If you filled out a lead form on an insurance ad, your information is controlled by the agency whose ad you answered — contact them directly with privacy requests. You may also ask us to delete your record from our systems: see our data deletion page, and we will remove it and notify the agency of your request.
12. Children
Our website and platform are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes affecting platform customers we will give notice by email or in the platform. The version posted here is the version in effect.
