Adsystems.io LLC d/b/a AD Systems
1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
These terms govern the public AD Systems website. They are deliberately short, because the real agreement — the one that governs the platform, the programs, and everything we deliver — is the AD Systems Master License Agreement, accepted by every customer at onboarding.
1. Agreement to these terms
By using adsystems.io (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use with Adsystems.io LLC d/b/a AD Systems (“AD Systems,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. The Site is intended for insurance agencies and other businesses; by using it you represent that you are at least eighteen years old and acting for business purposes.
2. Customers: the Master License Agreement controls
Access to the AD Systems platform and the purchase of any AD Systems program are governed exclusively by the AD Systems Master License Agreement (including its Product Schedules, Order Forms, and Exhibits), presented for electronic acceptance during onboarding. If anything on this Site or in these terms conflicts with the Master License Agreement as to purchased services, the Master License Agreement controls. Nothing on this Site modifies that agreement.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about and evaluate AD Systems. You may not:
- interfere with the Site, probe or test its security, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data, or use automated tools to do so;
- copy, frame, or mirror the Site, or use its content to build or train a competing product or service;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit forms with information about anyone who has not authorized it;
- introduce malware or use the Site in violation of any law.
4. Intellectual property
The AD Systems name and marks, the Site, and all of its content — copy, design, graphics, product interfaces, frameworks, and software — are the property of AD Systems or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive only a limited, revocable permission to view the Site for business evaluation; no other rights are granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation.
5. Product information; no results promised
Site content describes the product generally and is not an offer; capabilities, availability, program structure, and pricing can change, and any binding commitment exists only in a written agreement or completed checkout. AD Systems does not guarantee any lead volume, cost per lead, appointment rate, revenue, or business outcome. Advertising results depend on your market, budget, offer, follow-up, and factors outside anyone’s control. Figures shown on the Site are real results from the systems AD Systems is built on, presented as illustrations of what is possible — not promises of what you will achieve.
6. Third-party platforms
AD Systems is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., and carrier names or logos shown on the Site identify the kinds of agencies we serve — they are their owners’ trademarks and imply no partnership. Advertising platforms review ads, restrict accounts, and change policies on their own schedules; customers contract with those platforms directly and remain responsible for their own accounts and compliance with platform terms.
7. Communications and text messages
Submitting a form on the Site requires checking its consent box, which authorizes AD Systems to contact you about your inquiry by phone and email — and, on forms that collect a mobile number, by recurring text messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy describes how contact information is handled.
8. No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, compliance, insurance, or financial advice. Content about advertising rules, telemarketing laws, or insurance marketing is general information; agencies are responsible for their own licensing and compliance and should consult their own counsel.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AD Systems disclaims all implied warranties for the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AD Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from use of the Site, and our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section applies to the public Site only — a customer’s purchased services are governed by the liability terms of the Master License Agreement.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify AD Systems against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit without authorization.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflicts rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (or AAA if JAMS is unavailable) before a single arbitrator seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, on an individual basis only — no class, collective, or representative proceedings. Either party may instead bring an individual small-claims action, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property. For matters not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting the revised version here with an updated date; changes apply prospectively from posting. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
